Chicken Salad
Serves : 2Comments: This recipe should be treated as a starting point, and then modified based on what you have around. You could use dark meat instead of breast meat, or add sliced celery in addition to onions, use a little bit of grainy mustard for more zing, etc.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken breast
- 4 heaping tablespoons minced red onion
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon finely snipped dill
- salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a bowl; stir to combine.
