Grilled Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon peeled and minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 pounds flank steak
Instructions:
Combine all the seasonings in a large plastic ziploc bag. Add the steak and let marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature or longer in the refrigerator.
Grill or broil the steak until cooked to desired doneness.
